Srt remotely disarmed my security system without my permission. If you’re looking for security system, I suggest go somewhere else you don’t know what they’re going to do if they will automatically disarm your system at any time that their personnel wants to.

We were changing POS systems. I found out pretty late in the game that I needed everything hardwired in. I had also moved the time table of set up from 2 months to 3 weeks (before I really realized what I needed to do). I absolutely needed CAT5 cable strung through our building (and quickly) for it to work. It was hard because I barely knew what I was asking for. Travis and team came out twice to plan for the techs and their success. He was so kind to me. He was worried about stringing it in a way that looked nice and didn't junk up the place. He assured me it could be done when I was really nervous about the timeline I had adopted! He told me to call if I needed any last minute help. We have been doing this for 4 years and we have worked with lots of folks. It has taken 4 years to stock pile a list of contractors who are exceptional and experiences have rarely been as awesome as this one! Kind. Easy. Planned and implemented to perfection. Great job to Travis and team! We are thankful for the expertise given and the implementation team who even vacuumed up their dust after their visit! An all around great experience with SRT, Travis, Joe? Jessica and team. Thank you!

I have used SRT in every place I have lived around here and the customer service is impeccable. The customer service representatives are so kind nice patient, and they really go above and beyond to help you solve any issues you may have! Thanks srt for helping me figure out that it was my fault that our Wi-Fi wasn't working ?? really you guys fabulous customer

These guys are really great. They still have a "small town" feel to them. Not to be negative about their main competitor for internet service, but I was with their competitor for years; competitor's prices kept going up, and they eventually stopped giving me the discount I was getting for a particular program. I switched to SRT, since they also had fiber in my area now; my bill is drastically less, and my speeds are about 50% higher--less money for more speed?? Yep. The people in the main office at SRT couldn't be any nicer either; they are really lovely and eager to help any way they can, very kind. The technician folk are the same, kind and friendly, eager to help. I was really surprised how "above and beyond" everyone was. They all seemed happy, too.I also like and highly prefer that SRT is a co-op. If they have services you need, such as internet, phone, cell service, I would highly recommend you check them out first before anyone else. I wish I would have switched to them long ago for internet.

Always have some sort of problem with my internet. Annoying. Definitely up there as one of the worst ISPs I’ve had over the years.

Great customer service. When installing my fibre connection, workers knew their stuff, answered all questions, and got me running in no time. I've been with SRT since I moved here in 1991 and have never had a problem with them.

As a customer both business and residential, I have always felt that SRT has provided quality and reliable services. The support and field staff are also wonderful. It helps that SRT support are local members of our community, and take pride in their work. No India call center script readers here. I was sad when they stopped supporting business phone system solutions, IP TV, and cell phones. But the internet and land/fax phone service is still top notch.

Great service!!I have received internet services with SRT since 2009 and have had little to no issues. Small issues that were fixed immediately and the internet is fast and convenient.

Great Internet Service, Never have Had a Issue with it, Install Was quick And the Techs where very nice.Have been using SRT for my internet service for 1 year going on 2 years!

Internet service is great with fiber. Only one call to the trouble desk in the last six months and it was self correcting. Speeds are greater than advertised.

I called customer service this morning. Worried about paying my bill on time. Spoke with the Billing Department lady by the name of Janel. She helped me not only through how the billing would work and how to avoid shutoff/reactivation fee, but also helped me destress and laugh, smile too before we ended the call. Amazing customer service. Thank you Janel for your help. SRT you have an amazing employee in her. Thank you again

I am the IT Manager for a large John Deere dealership. 4 of our locations utilize SRT for phone and internet. With all of our recent upgrade I have worked a lot with SRT in upgrading internet, etc. They have been great and I have worked with Jami Bossart a Business Service Representative, and she has been awesome helping us get the services we need along with helping with any issues. Charlie on the service tech team is top notch and is always great to work with! Well-deserved 5 stars.
