“Great customer service! I came to the store for the first time in December 2022. I was visiting Minot on a business trip and my only part of boots broke. The staff helped me find a new pair of boots and really spoke highly of Pikolinos. These are my FAVOURITE shoes! Over a year later and I still love them. I just stopped by the store and again had an amazing customer service experience with Brooke. Even though I'm not from the area, I look forward to stopping in when I do come to town. I would definitely visit for quality footwear and great customer service!”

“If you think paying full price for scrubs is not for you, be sure to check out the clearance section. The prices for brand names are the same I paid at Walmart. The selection varies by season and size. In regards to the rest of the store, there are flash sales all the time that go out via text for scrubs and shoes. Stop in from time to time to see if you can't get a deal!”

“I came in for 2 specific pairs of shoes and both were in stock. The ladies working the front were a wonderful surprise. Most retail workers are not as friendly anymore but these two made my day. Let me know some socks I grabbed were B1G1 free and good quick conversation during checkout. I wish all retail workers were as nice as these two. I am also a retail worker and know how hard it can be. Kudos gals!”

“Store was easy to navigate, clean, well-organized & signage was clear. I knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to get in & out fast. Prices were reasonable for regularly priced inventory and a lot sale options. There was one friendly & helpful employee working, from what I could tell & only two other patrons were in the store. She was attentive to all of us & I left pleased.”

“I came in on a Saturday. My feet were scanned and I did a walk test. Next were boot recommendations. The first pair I picked weren't quite the right fit. The second pair were perfectly sized and fit well. The customer service and attention to detail at Redwing are second to none. This is my first pair of Redwing boots and I will be a Redwing customer for life.”

“Walked in to Minot, ND store get my hat cleaned. I was greeted right away even though store had other customers with only two employees present and were already assisting them. The young lady was more than attentive when it was my turn. I ended up buying another hat while getting my old one cleaned.”

“I dropped a box off this weekend with 17 items in it. I knew it was going to be a little bit of a wait considering how packed their store was with other drop offs. I got the text today that my box was done and was so happy when i seen they took all but 2 items for a nice payout! The girl working today was very stressed as she was having a computer issues and many customers waiting to be helped. But she kept her cool and got everyone taken care of!”
