Took my car in for a total windshield replacement, and the experience was good! The man that replaced my windshield (his name was Jesse) was nice and did good work!
I had a dashcam spliced into my rainwater sensor power which affected how they did their installation, but they worked around it and tested the rain sensor afterwards anyways. The manager made sure to explain to me why its a potential issue, what they’ll do to work around it, and that they just want to make sure I leave the store with a car in better condition than before. Would bring my car here again if any other issues arise with my windows.

My windshield is absolutely beautiful, I’m so happy with the fast, awesome work they did! Safelite at this minot branch are seriously some of the nicest, friendliest staff that I’ve came across in a while! Great customer service!! 10/10 recommend getting your windshield work done here.

Quick and easy all the way around. I scheduled my appointment online for a windshield repair and it all went through my insurance in one easy step. I was able to get in the very next morning and they had my truck ready in 30 minutes. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the repair is almost completely invisible.

These guys are awesome! I made a 3hr trip because safelite employees are trained on how to remove glass in the safest manner and with minimal damage to your vehicle if any. These guys were working hard and diligently. My new windshield is set and I'm ready for winter! Thank you gentlemen so much! ?
