@SethLanghaug
I've worked with Ryan Chevy for all of my families vehicle needs over the last several years.
Originally, I was not a chevy customer. Your sales associate, Seth, is what brought me over and read on for why.
His ability to connect with his customers on a personal level is yet to be matched by the other associates I have worked with. He is reasonably available for questions or to help sort out ideas.
His ability to problem solve with me to help me get to the dream in my driveway today. #2025 #newestcar #NONEGATIVEEQUITY
When I first started my car buying journey, I came to him years ago with an in-the-hole avenger. Today, I am $0 in the hole with that dream in my driveway thanks to some of of the box thinking, patience, and a little learning along the way.
Finally, a last truly noteworthy ability is his ability to community care-take. It's not often that someone outside of emergency services gets to wear this hat, but I bless him with it. He has remembered birthdays, struggles, and has been real with me, even when logic fails.
Since Seth has been with Ryan Chevy, I won't go anywhere else. He has shown me that his abilities resonate with your Ryan Family Dealership here in Minot.
You have a lifelong customer in me because of continuous demonstration that excellence is prized in your facility and that is demonstrated in your ability to retain the best talent in this area.

Brought a work pickup in for service. Struggled initially because i was not getting updates. Was finally told it was either transmission module or the transmission itself. Either way, only a 1000 dollar difference so they recommended just replacing the transmission for $9600. Brought it to a different dealer and getting it fixed for 3000. I would understand a few hundred dollar difference, maybe even differences between two private shops but two Chevy dealers. Rather scary for the end consumer if you ask me.

I have been buying vehicles for many years at Ryan Chevrolet. They treat you like family here. I've never had high pressure from anyone here. If I did have an issue with pricing or needed something done to the vehicle. It was taken care of.
Ryan Chevrolet runs by the same thing I do. Three P's. People, Performance and Price. They take care of the client first.

I’ve had my vehicle in twice the first time they sent it home saying it was fixed but nothing had changed this time it was a oil change and tire rotation it had a bad wheel stud they replaced but didn’t put rotar cover on correctly so it had to go back again
