They sent a watch off for repair. It took 6months to get it back and when she got it out of the package the band was completely broken into multiple pieces and missing the clasping part.I asked her how it got this way and she said it was not their fault it was who they sent it to.she could not verify the condition it was sent off in and for all she knew it was brought in that way even though she is the one that processed the watch.customer service was terrible and took no responsibility what so ever for the condition it came back in. The only thing she did was order a new band so now it will take another week to get fixed.she also said she sends off much more valuable items than my watch and that I overreacted. They should not be in business with an attitude like that and no proof of the original condition of the watch.

Rick's Jewelry did an excellent job on all the pieces I had them fix. They replaced a cracked amethyst in my black hills gold ring, replaced a very small missing diamond in my small diamond cluster ring, they changed the post on my diamond earrings so I can use a back that clamps (I have problems keeping earrings in my right ear), and on my smaller diamond earrings they added an illusion to make the earring bigger by changing the post (it kept going through my piercing and I had lost the screw back on one of the earrings). They also added a better link on my small diamond bracelet. The quality of work was great and the turn around time was also very good. The owners and employees were very friendly and very helpful. They provided me with great suggestions or ways to help prevent me from losing my earrings.

Went in to get my ring resized and the first woman was very nice and helpful, another woman came up and was rude to us and her employee. They said it would be a week and we didn't hear anything for at least 4 weeks. We called them and they said it would only be a couple more days we still didn't receive a call back. We called a week later and it was greeted with rude service. We went in and finally got my ring back and the woman that was rude before said they had called and left a message for us which they didn't. My ring also still does not fit and look as though nothing has changed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm very disappointed.

Ladies were helpful. Went in to take a few old pieces and have them redesigned into new earrings and to have a few rings fixed. Tracy drew out the design and should have all items finished in a couple of weeks.

Ive owned a grandfather clock for years that didnt work and Ive used it as a decoration. I was terrified it would cost an astronomical amount of money to get going. On a whim I decided it was worth finding out and called around until I found the only place in town anyone could think of that might work on clocks, Rick's Jewlery. $50 later I have a fully functional time piece!! Im so grateful for the kind and friendly people who work in the small businesses like this. Truely thankful to have these kind of skills in our community at an affordable price.

During the pandemic, I received the most beautiful ring as a present. Many places were closed, but that didn't matter, I'll only take my items to Rick's. They adjusted it to fit, while making sure to follow all guidelines so we were all safe. I wouldn't take my jewellery anywhere else. They are professional, give you personal attention you'll never get at a big store, and you find unique items in the store that you can't get other places.

From Canada and brought our clock in to be repaired. Very quick service and even put new stain on it for us. Had trouble with it recently and he walked us through how to fix it over the phone. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

Insanely professional and do a FANTASTIC job. Put my late wife's ring on my necklace and it looks simply beautiful. Also cleaned up all my jewelry. Hard yes on recommend.
