I came in on a Saturday. My feet were scanned and I did a walk test. Next were boot recommendations. The first pair I picked weren't quite the right fit. The second pair were perfectly sized and fit well. The customer service and attention to detail at Redwing are second to none. This is my first pair of Redwing boots and I will be a Redwing customer for life.

Went into store, bought a pair of irish setter boots Told that if they didn't feel right at home, I could bring them back. They did not feel good. Took them back and was told that I could not return them. $239 pieces of junk.

This store is THE BEST !!! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful always . Recently had an issue with my boots . They quickly got the issue solved and I was on my way . Anytime I have a want or a need or basic information. They have it all !! Not to mention my boots are very comfy for my 10+ hour work day. If you're in the need for excellent footwear do yourself a favor and go see them !!!

Its was a great experience. Shelly was extremely kind even with me arriving 20 min prior to closing. She help me with trying on different pairs of boots and walk me through the FIT experience.

Came here to buy insulated boots for work. Bought a pair of Irish Setter insulated. Great boots, but the sales staff said I had 30 days and off they do not fit or work out bring them back. Wore them one night and brought them back for larger size. Sales team then informs me that only works on Red Wings not Irish Setters. Was totally disappointed. Paid a lot of money and they would not do anything about their mistake. No signs in the store either. This is totally unacceptable but they are independent and do not answer to Red Wing. So I am hanging out to dry on this purchase.

I have purchased two pairs of redwing boots from this store. Both pairs over 300$ in price. Both of them lasted for slightly over one year and then wore out in the exact same spot. I don't know who's making redwing boots anymore but there quality has gone down substantially. Won't ever buy a pair of the boots again.

I have purchased two pairs of redwing boots from this store. Both pairs over 300$ in price. Both of them lasted for slightly over one year and then wore out in the exact same spot. I don't know who's making redwing boots anymore but there quality has gone down substantially. Won't ever buy a pair of the boots again.
