I broke the side mirror on my truck, & Nybakken was able to order the part & install the new mirror within 24 hours! Amazingly quick service! Also, I appreciated the prompt communication through text messages. Thank you!!!

Do not take your car here! Horrible experience. Took my 2 month old Lincoln Navigator here to repair some damage from a deer. They did not repair all damage and the car was three different colors and did not match the existing color at all. After many excuses from Travis I was told to give it a few months and the color would fade out and match. Almost a year later it looks worse than before. I took it to another body shop told me it was shoddy workmanship and now I’m left with the mess of another 8-10k bill. Nybakken did offer to redo the shoddy job but I cannot intrust them with my vehicle again after all that.

I’ve hit a few deer and I’ve dealt with a few body shops and this place knocks it out of the park. Not that I want to do it again but if u need body work this is where you should go you don’t have to hound them and they give u updates they are helpful and timely

Best service ever. After booking appt online shop knew I was going to drop vehicle and walk my dog at nearby park. Upon return car was ready and waiting. Entire experience is better than any other shop I've used. Thank you for the 5 star service!
