Went in and got my nails done. Was very unsatisfied with the way they turned out. The shape wasn’t what I wanted, had acrylic all over, and the design was sloppy. I got flowers on my nails with french tip. I called to get them fixed or redone. I went back in to get them fixed. They drilled off the flower design that went partially on the french. It took off some of the polish and they did not care to fill in the part that they drilled off. Along with that I made sure to tell them I was unsatisfied with the shape and I wanted it more almond and not so ovaly and still left with the same shape nails. Too over priced for something I was left so unsatisfied with even after getting the chance of fixing it.

Beware! Maybe once upon a time this place was great but it isn’t anymore. Everyone seems nice and polite but it’s just another chop shop for nails. There’s no care about quality of workmanship or how serious open wounds can be. Using the wrong drill bits and speeds that burn nails, drilling into cuticles to the point of drawing blood on multiple fingers, lumpy product application, filing/shaping crooked, getting product on customer skin without cleaning and then overcharging with secret fees at the end. Sure, maybe the nails look ok inside the dim salon but once outside in the sunlight you will see how bad the work is. Why go back to fix it? More pain and blood? No. Never again.

I went in to get a pedicure and to get a set done for myself for Mother’s Day. I went in the Thursday before and the following Tuesday one of my nails just popped off and broke. The others are lifting and the nail design is messy. I will not be spending my money here again.

Hi, I was completely disappointed at the service I received today. I wanted a full set and pedicure. I start with a woman starting my pedicure but the color I picked out for my nails the didn't have the same color for my toes I said that was ok just ask the manager to show me similar color the woman refused to do my toes because of that. The woman manager then took over to do my pedicure I told her to just clip them and go straight across with the file as my podiatrist had instructed me. She rounded my nails and I got upset because I'd already informed her of what I needed. Now my nails look messed up and they are sore.from how hard she had filed them down.both the male nail tech and male manager apologized but the damage has already been done ...customer service was a fail today

I had my nails done for my wedding, marking my first-ever visit to a nail salon. Despite being a newcomer to nail services, I was impressed with the quality of their work.

I had Steven for my pedicure and Cuong for my manicure and they were both really nice and did exactly how I wanted my nails to be I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

She did an okay job and I thought it was going to be a reasonable price but I almost paid up to $90 dollars just for a full set that's crazyyyy!!!! where I'm from that would cost at least $50 and I'm from socal that's saying something!!!!

I came in as a walk-in appointment that had the availability I wanted for a same-day apt. The atmosphere is very classy and dim, perfect for relaxing. I had a pink acrylic set and was very happy when I left. In the sunlight, I noticed my nails were a variety of lengths and some of the tips were crooked. The prices here were a little more than I had spent elsewhere and I was incredibly disappointed. I have since become a patron at another salon in town. With that being said, always be honest if you don't like your nails. Nail techs are human and each nail has to be hand-crafted. I just did not have time to come back.

Friend and I went there a bit over a week ago and it was a terrible experience. While getting my nails done, I was cut by the nail drill and even bled. My nails weren't properly prepped and when my nail artist was filing the nail extension, the nails repeatedly popped off. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I want my money back. It was not worth 100 dollars and bleeding fingers. To top it off, my nail completely broke off while removing my phone case.
