“We were changing POS systems. I found out pretty late in the game that I needed everything hardwired in. I had also moved the time table of set up from 2 months to 3 weeks (before I really realized what I needed to do). I absolutely needed CAT5 cable strung through our building (and quickly) for it to work. It was hard because I barely knew what I was asking for. Travis and team came out twice to plan for the techs and their success. He was so kind to me. He was worried about stringing it in a way that looked nice and didn't junk up the place. He assured me it could be done when I was really nervous about the timeline I had adopted! He told me to call if I needed any last minute help. We have been doing this for 4 years and we have worked with lots of folks. It has taken 4 years to stock pile a list of contractors who are exceptional and experiences have rarely been as awesome as this one! Kind. Easy. Planned and implemented to perfection. Great job to Travis and team! We are thankful for the expertise given and the implementation team who even vacuumed up their dust after their visit! “It appears that only two people work together there and that might not be true? My wife wanted to take my special needs son there a few years back but she felt they didn’t want to entertain him and that gave her a bad impression. She was dead set that it was a bad shop. BUT! Fast forward to a few weeks ago and I tried to install a new stereo system myself and did it wrong. They tell you it straight. What work will be done and how much it will take for them. They also try to help you to save money by doing it on your own. This place is legit for upgrading your car equipment! Especially older models. But, this is only my experience with the Stereo Shop.

“When I first switched to T-Mobile, I hated what they had for customer service. I.was ready to switch back to Verizon when I went into the store at the mall. The team was outstanding. I was understood. My concern was taken seriously and I enjoyed speaking with them. Not one time did I feel like I was being patronized. I have had a couple of other concerns addressed st the T-Mobile store. If I could give them more stars, I would. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. They are the only reason I'm still with T-Mobile. The service has suffered some bumps here and there...”

Erin from the vision center took initiative to ask if I needed help, very kindly offered to adjust my nosepads, did so for free as opposed to charging me anything or upselling me on another product, and advised me what to do in case the problem reoccured. Keep this employee and give her a raise, Walmart!”
