“We were changing POS systems. I found out pretty late in the game that I needed everything hardwired in. I had also moved the time table of set up from 2 months to 3 weeks (before I really realized what I needed to do). I absolutely needed CAT5 cable strung through our building (and quickly) for it to work. It was hard because I barely knew what I was asking for. Travis and team came out twice to plan for the techs and their success. He was so kind to me. He was worried about stringing it in a way that looked nice and didn't junk up the place. He assured me it could be done when I was really nervous about the timeline I had adopted! He told me to call if I needed any last minute help. We have been doing this for 4 years and we have worked with lots of folks. It has taken 4 years to stock pile a list of contractors who are exceptional and experiences have rarely been as awesome as this one! Kind. Easy. Planned and implemented to perfection. Long story short, Terry (the owner) is now offering to order woofers with the correct impedence so the amp can run at full power. This will be a swap out at no charge. “Went into the store in mid-May to upgrade our oldest's phone and worked with Joey up there. By the time we were done we'd upgraded 4 of 5 lines for our family, gotten a new internet gateway for our home internet and even added an iPad Pro.
Joey made sure our account was alright after and ensured the transfer wouldn't do anything funky to our bill moving forward (we've ALWAYS had an issue with this prior). I normally only ever leave reviews when things go bad but in this case with Verizon I wanted to let them know they got something right in this case.
