I had questions about some upgrade maintenance they will be doing in my area. Midco worker was helpful and answered all my questions.

These guys are on it. I mean anytime I might have had the slightest of issue or just a question, they're on top of it. Friendly, easy to speak to, (no language barrier) and very very helpful. If you are thinking about Midco, didn't bother. You should just get the service. They are amazing!! Great job guys!!!!

I'm new to Minot and found this wifi service, and they were doing fine until they charged my account twice for the first month, but since I was charged twice for it, midco gave me credit for it on my account. I would've rather preferred they didn't do that, and I just paid monthly. Instead, I paid 2-3 months in advance
