Menards is a good home improvement store to get your projects going. Employees are not very eager to seek customers out and offer assistance. You can walk by 90% of the employees, and they will not acknowledge you nor offer any sort of assistance. This is not unique to this Menards as I have been to several different stores in different states with the same result. If I need to find something, I always just result to using the Menards app than try seek out an employee for help.

I made an order pick up and had my son pick it up. We live 40 miles out of town and he was going to town. I was given the wrong size shelf. I was told to bring the other one back and I can get the right one. Well, not so easy when out of town. They should have done their job right and pulled the right shelf. I will just shop at home depot from now on. When they mess up they will fix it on their dime..not mine. They would have shipped me the right one. Terrible customer service at menards.

I asked for help getting stuff for a wall mounted shelf and the people who quote unquote helped me gave me brackets that don't even fit into the wall mounts. Being the fool that I am I trusted that they wouldn't steer me wrong as it was their job to help me and instead I ended up buying eight wall brackets that don't fit the wall mounts.

twice ripped off. last one $500. for a mower. Put gas in it so I could mow my yard and it wouldn't start. Defective. Now because I put gas in it, they won't refund. Last tim I walk through their doors.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I have been trying for weeks to order flooring to Canada. The only reason is that Menards has exclusive rights to a Tarkett product that was once sold in Canada but isnt anymore. There customer service is horrible - for weeks all I get is they will contact me when they get a shipping quote. There is no phone #s for customer service. There is no way to speak to a manager. Go elsewhere to a business that actually wants your business and makes an effort. There is an 11 percent sale on my product right now - they refuse to place my order
