Wow, what a nice establishment. Well, kept everything you could ever want under one roof plus the staff was friendly from the moment I walked in. The young gentleman, Maximilian I believe, was very knowledgeable and helpful with my project needs! I tried to hire him ? Quality product and service like this is hard to come by these days and they have it in spades! Hell they have actual spades if you need.

Stopped by for the first time to get a few odds and ends. I was greeted by friendly staff that not only helped me find everything that I came in to get, but also answered all of my questions. I couldn't help but notice that the shelves were stocked and the floors were clean. It's getting harder and harder these days to find custome service driven people, but within the walls of this hardware store that doesn't seem to be the case. I'm looking forward to giving them my business again.

MAC'S is always an enjoyable shopping experience in my book. My favorite part has got to be the folding tables up towards the front of the store. They are just loaded with such an array of tools and odds & ends. I can't forget the gizmos & gadgets section, that's where it seems like I always find that something I was totally unaware that I needed. Yet can't figure out how I was getting along with out it hmmm ?.I can't forget the staff, talk about people who know their stuff!! Every employee who's helped me has been able to tell me where the items is I need and a little about it as well. I appreciate your guys hard work, keep it up!!

They are helpful and have literally everything the other stores don’t have. Their prices seem to have crept up a bit so you may consider price checking online before you shop there.

I recently visited the Minot Macs hrdw. Store, my first time back there in 25 years, the store hasn't changed much, but the employees while not the same ones are still the same, always helpful and friendly, always get that little country store vibe when at Mac's. My love of Mac's came from their plentiful govt. Surplus back in the old days, I have found many things (govt. Surplus)over the years that I still own today, while they don't have much govt. Surplus these days they have become a first rate hardware and tool store..I have been to all but 4 of the Mac's stores, (my company delivers their products from their distribution center in Moorhead, Mn.) One thing I can tell you is they are all the same, filled with hrdw. And tools and staffed by knowledgeable people always friendly and helpful, if they don't have what you need they'll usually give you tips on where you can find it. That's customer service.
