The employees at Kay jewelers in Minot have always been exceptional and we rarely leave without a purchase we absolutely love. They are not pushy at all but they are completely accommodating, and have numerous ways to find exactly what my wife wants even when all she has is a random thought and a drawing of what she's pictured in her mind. I cannot speak highly enough of the friendly environment and knowledge these guys have.

I had the most amazing experience. Jesse was able to help me pick out and design the perfect ring for my grandkids birthstones, send in my father's 3 watches for repair and have my ring sized, cleaned. He had a smile on face the whole time and me feel like I was the customer in the store even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon.I will definitely be returning to store location and working with Jesse for my future Kay purchases.Thank you!

The staff is amazing at the case in Minot North Dakota. So helpful and the ring that my now husband picked out for me engagement and my wedding band are so beautiful together. Even though they were not a set when they were bought as they were bought at different times. Would definitely recommend them and would go there again

Always up to helping me now matter what. Never pushy about spending money or buying new things. They just make sure I'm happy at all times. Which makes me want to spend money with them and I don't like jewelry.

Dave was very friendly and helpful. This was the longest time I have spent in a jewelry store even though we spent a short amount of time putting together & customizing the MOST GORGEOUS wedding set. Very comfortable with Dave and his great customer service. I can't wait for my actual ring!!!

Rhamel helped my fiancé and I find the perfect wedding rings. He even helped me trade in my engagement ring for an amazing deal and has always been extremely friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back again for any jewelry needs I may have.

After asking about what i wanted at 6 other jewelry stores, Rhamel told me he could make it happen. He came through for us in stellar fashion! It took 3 months in total to put together our stunning engagement ring. The craftsmanship of the jewelers was top notch. These guys deserve 6 stars.

I am very satisfied with the ring color and size. Rhamel was very helpful with everything. Also the gentlemen in the store are the most kindest, professional men I've met in a long time. Each of them are always willing to help when Rhamel is not there.
