This place is Garbage, at best.We are still awaiting our cleaning and security deposit, and it is way past the alotted 10 days required by our state. They never cleaned the pool, when it was time to clean the pool, they just made a weak lame attempt at it, then closed it for the season. They added issues to our move-out receipt AFTER we signed it and after the in-person walk through had already been performed and signed off on. I have proof of all of this. This company is hot garbage, at best and I am currently filing a lawsuit in my state against them.0 out of 100. Do not recommend.Update: I just contacted them. Instead of taking care of their obligation, I threatened an attorney but are refusing to give me the attorneys information. This is how SCUMMY they are.New update: the "owner" states on Google reviews to contact them directly. I have been in very direct contact with them and their legal team, Ms Sorenson. Don't let them fool you. We are proceeding with a United States district court lawsuit for infringing our civil rights, as well as justice court filing for not returning our security deposit. Our son had to postpone and miss his birthday party yesterday because we are now in a financial hardship.

Porch pirates got my kids Christmas gifts and about 600$ worth of merchandise in 18 months. Dumpster divers are in your trash every night. Shred your mail! They tried opening credit cards in my name numerous times and no one cares. Don't rent here if you value your mail or sanity.

This company is horrible. Don’t hire them as your management company! They don’t know what they are doing and when I submitted a VALID complaint about the staff at my complex, I was called gaslight. The “woman” that emailed me and called me must have a low IQ. I’ve never been more frustrated with a company before than now. They don’t offer a safe, quiet, and nice place to live. That’s their job. To listen to the residents. When I posted bad reviews, she called it “a personal attack” when it’s simply facts. Jami shouldn’t be a regional manager. She really shouldn’t have any business in managing anyone or any property.

Autumn was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and professional. She helped to make a personal tragedy much less painful, a true ray of sunshine in a storm. We are grateful for her work and assistance.

Lorin Holzheimer was our leasing agent. He was very kind and quite helpful. He was always giving us updates and when we got stuck on a portion of the leasing process, he was willing to help us out. We honestly appreciate his help throughout the leasing process and helping us have a much less stressful move in day. Furthermore, I have to appreciate the amount of effort he have to help us out.

I have been waiting for a deposit refund for 5 months now, they don’t return calls, answer phones, reply to emails. I’ve been going on and off with them for 5 months.

I am dealing with Sonja in Bismarck. They REFUSE to give me back my $100 deposit! She said they would return the money but have they? No. Also took $135 in app fees when the only apartment we really wanted was gone. Refused to reply to emails, or pick up their phones. Naomi said I'd get the regional manager and HE would be in contact with me, but nope. I got another property manager with an attitude. AVOID.

Be very careful with this rental company. Before I moved in we did a quick walk through and everything looked fine. As I was moving in and had a chance to better inspect there were two noticeable carpet stains that I reported. I move out at the lease end and have a walk through and I am told everything was OK. They with held the security deposit to replace the carpet with the two stains that I reported the day I moved in. I know your choices are very limited in a Minot but check and photograph and document ALL defects BEFORE moving in.

I would not recommend this place if you want to have a pet of any kind. They only allow certain dogs but don't tell you. They change there pet policies all the time but don't act on there changes with existing residents who I know for a fact have dogs that are not allowed at this apartment. They will not work with you on your rent payment when you have a medical issue keeping you from being able to work. I got sick and was out of work for a month and got told they would evicted us if we didn't pay are rent when it was due even though I called and let them know my situation and would be more then happy to work out some kind of arrangement to get them there rent for that month plus the next months rent but got shut down right away. i also had to put my dog down cause of cancer and was wanting to get another dog but got told I have to pay 200$ for the DNA test that iret wants so they have it on file and fine us if we don't pick up after are pet wich is not right. not my fault people don't pick up after there dogs. Then want75$ for something else plus 30$ a month for the dog.

Nice apartments, but much too expensive. Looking to move to Minot and we saw prices upwards of $905 for a single bed in their older property (Southpoint). We found a comparable three bed for $865 with a cheaper pet policy through IMM. If you can afford IRET, they have decent customer service, and have prompt maintenance. Apartments are nice, but nothing too amazing. They are maintained well, but none seemed like they were built to match the price they're asking.
