High pressure salespeople, very rude and cold. Decided to take my business elsewhere. Kind of surprising, I used to love going to this store but it seems they lack the reach to consider actual warmth or class.

I. Keating has had a reputation from back in the 70's to not have the greatest quality of home furnishings and always having some kind of sale or gimmick. I have come to find out this remains to be true. Most staff are friendly and helpful. As long as you don't have any issues or problems with their products. No desire to buy from them again after recent issue.

Russ was awesome and has kept in touch with us for ongoing sales, so we could get the best price for us!! Would definitely recommend his expertise in buying anything there. First time furniture buyer and I am very happy with my experience! Ruth, was very knowledgeable and gave me multiple options after I told her what I was looking for. Felt no pressure at all to purchase, ended up getting a mid-century sofa. She was extremely helpful and I am happy with my purchase! Would recommend to others!

Excellent service and the best furniture selection in town! On our last visit, we didn't purchase anything as we were browsing all of the local stores for living room ideas. Having gone through all of the stores, we were in agreement that we would be coming back here to complete our purchases. Not only was there a better selection- large and varied, the service was non-intrusive while being readily available.
