Eric the service manager I worked with, was by far the most professional and curtious! And he made the oil change and services required today smooth and quick. He also went thru the maintenance that should be planned for the next oil change. He is a solid representation of Ryan Honda and the mission statement that should be.Thank's for everything.

Sales people are decent, most of the service advisors are honest and decent with regards to the work they do, but the service technicians are amazing! Wayne is the best, most experienced Honda mechanic in town, in my opinion!

Fast and friendly, but failed to diagnose the busted ball joint on my suspension. Unable to replace catalytic converter on site.

Ever stayed in a one star motel? Thats where the manager came from at Ryan Honda in Minot, ND. My Father had made a deal on a new Pilot, he asked if he needed to put money down to hold it on Friday, the sales person said no. Saturday they conversed back and forth about a hitch, it was 1500 dollars from Ryan Honda, I can buy the same thing on amazon for 300, he told them that he didn't want the hitch. The Manager who reads all texts and conversations stepped in at this point and sold this vehicle to someone else, thinking he didn't want the vehicle, not confirming that it was the hitch he didn't want. She is a very lovely gal who loudly told me in the showroom that and I quote "I piss a lot of people off!" Good thing all Honda's are the same price. The Ryan Family Dealerships have been going down hill for a long time I guess I didn't think it was getting this bad.

I wish I could give less than one star. I don't even know where to start. Was looking for a new used vehicle around August, my old car was on its last legs. I made a purchase with Ryan honda, and I did not receive the vehicle until 3 months later, after I already made payments on it. They said it was because it was hard to get parts in to do the small repair that they had to do. I always had to reach out to them, they never reached out to me and I felt like an inconvenience every day when I asked if my car was ready for me yet. Felt like I was being gaslighted in a toxic relationship. Fast forward a couple of months and I drive to my dads 3 hours away. On my way back from my dads, my car's transmission started to drop. That was on a Sunday, the very next day when I asked them about the problem. They told me my warranty has expired and that whatever they worked on wasn't a part of the transmission. Which was a lie. Told me it wasnt their problem. They purposely sold me a lemon and I felt like I was in a toxic relationship all over again. Terrible. Awful. Never. Again. No. Now I'm left dealing with a broken vehicle and no way to get to a funeral back home. 0 stars.

Routine LOF service was totally smooth from booking the appointment, welcoming arrival and check in assisted by text to my mobile device, work completed in the time promised, clean and clear billing explanation, and my vehicle back washed and shiny. Sweet!

I was on vacation in Minot and noticed my cruise control button wouldn't stay depressed. I wanted this fixed before I returned home 1700 miles away. I informed the technician of my issue and specifically iterated to him that there was nothing wrong with the cruise, just the button, and instructed him I was leaving in 2 days. He assured me they could look at it. I got my appointment the next day where the mechanic validated my issue, found approximately $1,800 in other recommended repairs (including recommending "new" brakes for brakes that were less than 2 weeks old!) but would have to order the part for my cruise control which would take 4 days. I paid them $70 to validate my issue and they had no practical means of fixing my primary issue. I was so angry that I've let my experience simmer for several weeks. Suffice it to say I was disappointed and would never frequent their business again. If you have no realistic ability to fix the chief complaint don't waste the customer's time. This pains me to write as I had a great experience their on a prior visit where I got a tonneau cover placed in record speed. That visit was a 5 Star. Of course this one is the one I place on Yelp, and I know that's probably not fair. But it is true.
