The place was beautiful but very disappointed with the quality..I bought 2 things from there and 2 were only worn a couple hrs before ripping. I bought a green jumper type thing and the strings are all frilling out of it and then I bought the baggy dress pant type pants and within an hr Into wedding dress shopping with my sister I look down and the seam down the leg is shredded wide open. Both items were never washed it was first wear.

The woman who worked 8/30/22 in the morning was the absolute sweetest woman ever. She let me feed my baby in the fitting room, and even provided a pillow. She was very helpful I wish every store provided the good vibes she has!

I’m disappointed in their mask policy. We were unable to shop the store (without other customers) without a mask. Other stores in the franchise do not even have the employees masked so not sure why Minot’s store is choosing this route. We will continue to shop elsewhere.

Francesca’s mask policy is discriminatory toward customers who cannot wear a mask. Shopping online is not an option for people who may need an item last minute. The bossy behavior exhibited by employees to their customers is justified by the store in the name of keeping everyone “safe”. Ridiculous. Please stop treating your employees and customers as mere disease carriers and start treating people like human beings again.
