Purchased a new water heater in December through our plumber from here. The thermostat went out approximately a month ago. They continue to send the wrong thermostat. How hard is it to send the correct one. They have all the information and besides the fact it is still under warranty. Very disappointed with this business. By now they should hand deliver it and install it themselves.
