Spent 5k on a AC Machine to make a business out of it. 2 weeks later after losing customers and paying 300 for shipping i had to go get it 4 hrs round trip. When garret Johnson was loaded it in my trailer he dropped my Machine on its face 2 feet in the air. Had to file a clam before i left fed ex. This is our world now.

Absolutely No Customer Service at all!!!! FedEx Freight in Minot had my package sitting in their warehouse for over a week. I had an appointment for deliver but their did not show up nor call me to reschedule. I called FedEx customer service and they could not get ahold of them. Finally I had to call FedEx to tell them just return the package to were I bought it. Boy, did things happen then. I finally received it. I would discourage anyone using FedEx freight especially the Minot location.

I called for a question and was treated rudely and disrespectfully. The employee contradicted what both the customer service people had already said was doable, as well as the main website. Wow...I hope not all their employees need customer service skill training.
