I have a package that is trying to be delivered that they didn't leave at my door. I go online to see what my options are. Says I have to use their "delivery manager" which means I have to create an account. So I do. It doesn't let me. Keeps saying something about error code but then I get an email saying account created but when I open it, it says I still have to create an account. So I try again. Says account already exists. So I just decide to call.... the automated voice says I need to use "delivery manager". So I ask for representative and she tells me nothing they can do. They won't leave it at the door, they won't return to sender, they can't tell me what time the driver will be there only that it will be before 20:00, or I can pick it up at their facility that is 90 miles away from me and closed by the time I get off work.....

I have to go here quite often to do returns. They also deliver to my home quite a bit and do a great job. No complaints

Worst shipping company in Minot. They’ve delivered to the wrong apartment complex multiple times. They recently gave the excuse of “invalid address” even though the other shipping companies and able to deliver to my address. What’s worse is that the delivery driver called me to ask for directions and said they knew how to get there. The package showed that it was delivered but it was actually brought back to the warehouse. Definitely not impressed.

Your FedEx express driver that delivers to North Highlands Apartments in Minot, ND is very RUDE and not professional at all!!!!! RUDE and not professional is putting it nicely.......I tried to call FedEx to complain about her but could not get connected to a person to explain what happened.

The system sucks! Try to provide my tracking number and the automated lady wasn't getting it, and can't get through to an actual person ?

The gentleman behind the counter was quick, accurate and very literate and very respectful when receiving my package to send out for delivery. For a 4.8lbs package shipping was only $15.23 (w/o insurance). Would recommend this location for shipping. I was even allowed to take photo of my package before he took it to the warehouse.

Scott and his female counterpart (I hate that I can’t remember her name but I do remember she is a fellow Roll Tide fan!!) provided me with exceptional customer service on multiple occasions!!! They sincerely cared about making sure I used the most efficient and cost-effective method of shipping for my specific needs. My fellow roll tide fan ran a cost analysis for me before I left to get my shipment packaged up which was super helpful! Scott swiped his credit card for me since I only had cash and was pressed for time! Employees like these two need to be shown great appreciation for being such an awesome “face” of the FedEx corporation. Thank you both for the amazing customer service you showed me!
