I paid 23 dollars for a car wash to be have to hear employees complaining and yelling at customers, and my car is still dirty. Not impressed unfortunately.

Much better than the place by Dennys who actually refused to was my vehicle. I was a monthly pass buyer, I'll never go there again.
Fast lane no questions no problems, 1st time there they did a excellent job

Fastlane Car Wash is definitely not worth the money. I was there yesterday and it didn’t clean the bugs off. I went back to see if I could either get a refund or another car wash. I was told “NO” to both. So, basically it’s a company that’s happy to take your money, but not be held accountable to do the job they say they do. Yes, the manager Krista Marshall reached out, but didn’t do anything to resolve the issue. She only reached out to tell me she won’t allow me to leave a review on their FB page. She definitely doesn’t want to hear any feedback to make it right. I was told by the employees they can 100% guarantee get the bugs off (when I asked upfront.) Yet, that wasn’t the case! Otherwise, I would have moved on and hence there wouldn’t be a bad review on here. I’m sure the manager/owner will come on here and reply with their .02 cents saying they tried resolving the issue, etc., but when you get told one thing and they don’t hold themselves accountable with the service you pay for it’s my right to leave a review. If I receive bad service that I paid for, then I’ll share my experience just as I do with good service. Take the criticism and make it right moving forward.

Do not go to this car wash if you want any paint left on your car! it's big season I get that but when your guy gets to close with the pressure washer and take the clear coat right off your paint! and you try to talk to the manager about it and they call you stupid and say you don't understand how a pressure washer works! seriously! your employee messed up own up to it! never never have I been treated so poorly! I will never go here again and you shouldnt either!!! awful'
