I just had the greatest experience working with Amber. I called into the office and Amber was quick to ask me all the appropriate questions to get me started for a home owners quote. Amber then sent over an email with a quote within a very short period of time.What stands out to me regarding Amber is her willingness to go over and beyond. Amber made me feel comfortable and made me feel like she wanted the best coverage for my family and I, whether we went with Farmers insurance or not. Amber felt there were coverages that are very important to have especially for the first year of living in the home and I appreciated that so much!This was so important to me because this is the first time I have ever shopped for home owners insurance and I feel she gave me priceless information and I am grateful.Thank you Amber! The people that work at this Minot office are good to work with. But the product they sell turns out is junk. Was in a no fault accident. Right away Farmers Canceled my policy. The at fault party will not pay the medical bills, it’s going to court eventually. In the mean while Farmers has to pay up to 30,000 per passenger for medical per state law, and it’s been a fight ever since. They refuse to pay medical bills, bills going to Collections for passnagers ER visit. Farmers insurance is trash when you actually need them, 6 year customer no claims ever until the not at fault accident.

I stopped by to pay on an insurance account. Had a good laugh with the Ag insurance man.I wonder why the ladybugs come to visit me on the 10th floor of my apartment building.There are no crops up here. Lol. Thanks

I had insurance with Kellen for close to a decade and never had a bad experience. Both Kellen and his staff were always very polite and helpful. I could stop in at any time unannounced and they would have my question or request taken care of very quickly. The best thing was that they get to know you as a person and genuinely seem to care. When I stopped in recently, Kellen took time out of his day to ask me to sit down and catch up with me. When I did need to file a claim, they were quick, responsive, and very helpful.
