DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!Cummins recommended a coolant flush on my ISL 8.9, but did not remove all of the flush and left water in my radiator system. Cummins coolant is premixed and if done properly will last 100,000 miles. In 2 years my turbo actuator rusted and failed. If the flush were done properly rust would not have been able to form in the system.Cummins refused any responsibility.Do not use this shop!

By far the worst customer service anywhere you get truck parts. DO NOT STOP HERE! Don should not be in customer service, put him in the warehouse. Don does not want to lift a finger, he is completely lazy. Don is a grouch every time I walk in this place. Don does not believe in fair business practices, he wants favors from everyone but will give nothing in return, very selfish.

It's hard to express how terrible Minot NPower is - suffice to say that giving them even 1 star seems generous. When you walk in the door the frowns seem to get longer and the difficulty of serving you, the customer begins. Parts availability, and capability to find what you're looking for, is extremely limited. Maintenance Service is similarly challenging, and often means you end up with more problems than you started with. Long story short, if you have any other options, use them first. Lastly, the only reason I can fathom that they are still in business is because they are a Cummins dealer, so if anyone from corporate Cummins happens to read this I recommend you revisit your franchising of this business, because they aren't helping you in NW North Dakota.
