I have been using Culligan water in Minot to fill our 5 gallon jugs for a couple years now and have always been greeted by friendly staff. Today I arrived and a gentleman working offered to carry all 7 of my 5gal jugs to my car for me. I am currently 28 weeks pregnant with back issues so I really appreciated this man's kindness!

The lady that works in the Minot office, is absolutely the most ignorant person I've ever spoken too! When you prove her wrong she just just denies all of it and still tries to charge you...she needs to be trained and/or fired. She is rude and unqualified.
