Cute place, sweet assistant, and vet seemed understanding as to what was going on (at least nice to my face). My cousin takes her pup here so I wanted to go where I was recommended as we just moved here. It took a month and a half to get in but the only one I talked to that said they were currently taking new clients. I explained I needed to get in as fast as possible but that was the best they could do. After the appt was over and I picked up my dog and the receptionist did a phenomenal job at making me feel like an absolute garbage human being for taking so long to get him in as if it was my fault.
**Update: My husband convinced me to try them again and they have been great since with all of our dogs and us. Maybe she just had a bad day ??♀️

I absolutely love Core! Dr. Houston is SO amazing with my dogs & she listens to every concern and question I may have. All of the ladies at Core are so welcoming to my dogs every time we go in.

Went to their clinic for the first time with my dog. Regular check up.
I was in and out no problem. Staff and Vet were all very friendly.

Very friendly staff and Caring vet. Very patient with my two dogs and concerned about their health. I recommend their service for anyone living in the Minot area.

I am both shocked and disgusted by the way my husband was talked to by this place. We are traveling with our dog who got ill. We called here and they sassed us saying this town is too big with too few vets to see our dog. They suggested we go to Bismarck. We explained we are just trying to get her seen as she is my combat veteran husbands service dog, and her health is imperative to his health. They showed complete disregard for my husbands well being and his dogs. Sad and sick. (Btw West Oak took her in even though their schedule was full)

The vet is always friendly and loves our dog and cat. They thoroughly examine the pets' condition during basic check-ups or vaccinations, which we really appreciate. We also had our dog neutered here, and he's still very healthy, and the procedure went very well. We've been consistently satisfied since switching to this hospital from our previous one.
