The sales reps were very nice and not pushy at all. They had answers to all my questions, were knowledgeable on the quality of their stuff. I bought my new furniture set during their big sale and got a reasonable deal. They were very thorough in making sure everything was correct on my order before purchasing as well. I had a nice experience overall, and feel comfortable coming here for future purchases!

James was my salesman great customer service! Was greeted at the door told them my budget showed me what options i was able to choose from. The zero interest for 18 months was a nice financing option to use if needed.Looking for furniture highly recommend giving them a look! Got exactly what I was looking for in and out in less then a hour!

Update: Representative reached out and offered to replace the mattress which I'm thankful for however the attitude was not it. Basically she made it our fault for thinking that the mattress was going to come wrapped up ?. Other than that the issue was taken care of.Highly disappointed with the way the mattress was delivered. We were told it was a NEW MATRESS that just got on the floor and they would delivered it wrapped up saying we were the "first people" to test it. Paid $100 DELIVERY FEE for a $300 "NEW" mattress that was UNWRAPPED delivered on a moving blanket. VERY UNSANITARY! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! This was our second purchase. Our first was a good experience so we had high expectations but now will have to consider shopping online instead.
