Disappointed.Low water pressure in the shower/tub.Hot tub was shut down.Kids pool desperately needs some paint, repairs, and a good cleaning. As soon as they turn the fountains on you can watch the rusty red water start filling the pool.The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

What a poor excuse, we stayed there 3/16/24 . They upcharged more than double their normal rate. Had the elevator go down and I had just had Parkinson surgery. I went up 7 stories 4 times , had no TV. It took 2 days of calling and they took a whooping 15% off my bill. Grand total of 20.25. Plus they charged a 15% over the room rate for essentials. It's the poorest excuse for a management team I've ever dealt with. There riom rate was a few pennies less than 150. I see you can get a room for $65.So there supposed to put the first 15% back essential money, and then 20.25 (15%) for are troubles.Which they put 1 in and now it. gone again so it over drew my account. So now that costed me overdraft fees. And why do you take something out if it takes 3 to 5 business days to replace. My bank I can do anytime... and to top it off I was speaking with the front desk claimly and they hung up on me and manager phone number doesn't work anymore. Terrible experience at this place. This hotel is run down and ran by horrible management. Front desk employees are all on drugs. Got locked out of my room 3 times and each time I went to get a new room key the front desk didn’t ask me one security question which is TERRIFYING to know that someone could get a room key to my room that easily.Rooms had horrible lighting it felt like I was in a jail cell. Rooms were not properly cleaned when we first checked into our room. Pay the extra $100 and stay somewhere nicer.Safety: Could go to the front desk and ask for any room key without any form of identity… this place is NOT SAFE

Long story short I got stranded in Minot due to not having a ride after agreeing to come here for medical. This hotel was amazing from the start! I didn't know how I was gonna pay for my room the second night, they let me stay from just going on my word that I had payment. The bed was amazing, my room was clean, I'm a housekeeper myself as a former executive head housekeeper so I look at everything. The staff that I had interaction with were beyond helpful! I did not catch the one guys name I wanna say Sid or along those lines was fantastic from the conversation to being extremely helpful! Definitely recommend this place and if I'm ever in the area I will for sure be staying here!!Rooms: Clean and comfortableSafety: I felt safeNoteworthy details: The staff!

The room wasn't clean, there was someone socks on my floor when I came in. No hot water, breakfast is horrible, and ac was loud, and the beds are uncomfortable. Pretty much everything bad about a hotel they have it. Did I mention they don't clean rooms til the 3rd day? $250 a night

Nice hotel I guess. I expected better. The clerk that checked me in was good. But the one that relieved him was fighting/ bullying another employee( this one liked to use names I won't repeat on here). Guess they've got no class. The room was Ok, but the cover to the AC/ Heater was hanging off when I got in the room. I was a little worried that they would charge me for it, after they charged me a refundable fee for "incidentals". Doesn't some one check these rooms before they book them?

For a clairion hotel, I expected it to be cleaner. The room keys and door lock did not work. We got into town late, like 12:45 a.m., and for me to have to go down to the desk 3 times as I could not get into my room. It was very frustrating. Especially when the front desk person says well maybe I didn't set the keys right, okay I can give you the benefit of over looking something once,but by the third time I come down there is a problem and it is not me. The room was dirty, the tissue box was dusty, and the wall by the garbage was dirty with something stuck to it and the room smelled like wet dog. The carpets in the main halls were gross with food crumbs and debris. Overall, I'm just not impressed

Kiddie pool with slides is closed indefinitely based on the front desk person. So I would recommend to call before booking to verify if it is open if that is a reason why you want to book the hotel.

Clean rooms, the whole building was in very good order. Wasn't too impressed with the breakfast, door opened at 7 but the pan of hot eggs came out at 7:25. No meat on Sunday, must have served it all on Saturday. Might as well save the money and go elsewhere and go to a real breakfast...

I paid hotel on Priceline and hotel associate charge me for staying at hotel explained as incidental fee. I was call them more then 5 times. Every time they change the story. Unprofessional!!!!

Stayed here for a Christmas party from a previous employer when we lived in Minot and Bismarck. Check-in was very smooth, and quick. Place is pretty clean and we situated. We got our room keys and jumped in the elevator. Went into our room, smell clean and fresh, not hiding any weird smells. GREAT ?. We asked where the Christmas party we were attending, and they knew Right away, and what time it opened up!! Awesome. Went to the party then to the room. Still smelled clean after running the heater, which means the unit is actually clean. My son said his bed was so comfortable, grabbed the pillows, and he was out. I found the ice machine, clean ice for a drink. I slept in til 10am. I never sleep that late, usually up by 7am. Beds were that comfortable. Checkout was easy also. Nice clean hotel. We are looking forward to next Christmas party in Minot.

When we first arrived the front desk was a littlw all over the place but people have those days I get it and then he informed us he had a fever that morning and still showed up to work to be face to face with customers! The room overall was good, it Smelt very nice but the mirrors could use a touch up for cleaning and then we noticed the hair in the shower. Not like 2 small hairs like large clumps of hair stuck to the wall. The hot tub could use a bit of cleaning as there were some things from the night before in the surrounding area. Overall you get what you get for the price but the damage deposit is insane!! We stayed one night for 80 bucks after taxes and I received a pending charge for 257 and another pending charge for 10.70! Hopefully the process to the correct price by the end of the day

I went to a wine tasting event that also had an amazing food spread. We were only in ND for work, so I'm only able to speak about the location. The food & wine were put together & brought in by each vendor / store (so the hotel / convention center had little to with it) the location was convenient for Minot. It looked to hold a few hundred people at a time. The cash bar prices seemed to on par with other similar events.Food & drinks: $5 bottles of beer at cash bar.
