My only complaint was the phone wait times, but the manager explained and apologized, and it wasn't really a big deal for me!”

“I booked a rental car online at the Denver Airport with Alamo. I booked the skip the line and go directly to the car and it was so fast and easy. We had some travel hiccups throughout the day and renting the car through Alamo was super easy and fast. Every employee was super helpful and very friendly to work with. I will be using Alamo again in the future.”

I called to confirm a few weeks prior that everything was still good to go because I was a little concerned with the low reviews and the shortage on rental cars, but everything went really well. We were helped by a very friendly gentleman at the counter at both the pickup and drop-off, and everything went pretty smooth.”

“I was quite hesitant to use a rental from this company after reading some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised by my experience. We were picked up quickly from the airport and taken to complete the paperwork on the rental. Chris was an absolute joy to work with! She was kind, outgoing and super helpful. The car itself was not the nicest and the reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5, but it got us to intended destinations without any issues. The day we returned the car, we were again met quickly by Chris who had us taken care of in less then 3 minutes. She then took us back to the airport. Chris is a shining star at this location and we were so fortunate to work with her. Would rent from them again! Thank you, Chris!!!”
