Such a good experience here! Daryn was an AMAZING help to my family and I. He was super patient and answered all our questions (and we had a lot!). Also, Michelle and Sidney were beyond helpful and the front desk ladies and service department were all very friendly. Would recommend coming here!

Buying here was very pleasant all of the staff were helpful and very kind. The paperwork seems to not go as quickly as expected after they told us to come get it.
They still let us take it home and finished the loan the next day.

Capital rv were very professional. I took my 2019 Alpine to them after getting to close to a gas pump and when I was pulling out I clipped it with the back end of my 41 ft fifth wheel. Capital rv gave me a great quote and my insurance company had no problem covering the damage. They had it fixed in a very timely manner and did a great job. I would very much recommend them.

Excellent and fast service. Sidney in service is awesome. She kept me updated and once they got my parts in, they knocked it out the next day. Not sure what her name is, but the lady in the parts section is great as well. Very friendly and helpful. All around a great experience!!

Based on my personal experience turning in my Grand design RV to the Capitol RV service department, I have found the service manager more interested in money over fixing Grand design manufacturer warranty issues. Initally, Capitol RV seemed like a great company providing great customer service. It wasn't until I left my RV in their service bay for manufacturer warranty repairs that their true quality came through. They were two weeks out and worked with me to schedule a drop-off date for warranty evaluation. Their tech insulted previous additions in writing and, due to a lack of understanding, used them as a basis to void my manufacturer warranty.
Overall, I paid hundreds on dollars in labor to be told the manufacturer warranty was expiring in a few days, and I needed to pay more to get the repairs started. At that time, Capitol RV did not know of my extended warranty. During my pickup, the service manager explained the "make no money off manufacturer warranty repairs." This didn't sit well with me. Upon knowing I had an extended warranty, the service manager told me he would make good money off some extended warranty contracts. Due to this experience I dont feel Capitol Rv is a moral service center. I purchased an extended five year warranty in the initial purchase of my RV. I'm not sure it will be useful, due to Capitol RV's, profit over customer, mentality. I will certainly not return and am in need of a new service center.

We were on day 7 of a 2 month road trip and had frig problem. Stopped here hopeing it could be fixed on such short notice. They took it in and got it fixed for us. Thank you so much for all your help.

Jen was phenomenal! She took the time we needed to explain everything about so many different models (sometimes more than once). Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to make an RV purchase.

Scott was super helpful and did everything he could to make us happy. Will definitely do business again. He helped us sell our camper before buying a new one. He was honest and said it was worth more if we sold it and told us how much it was worth.

Zach our sales guy was great! Showed us exactly what was in our price range and answered all my annoying questions! He was like a friend you’ve known forever! And Michelle!!! Sweet Michelle! We had a fabulous experience at Capital RV in Minot. Our representative, Jen Myers, listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect camper. The tech center answered all our questions and went over our camper and explained everything. Daisy and Mildred in the parts department were kind and showed us everything we needed to get started. Michelle in finance handled everything like a pro. We would definitely recommend Capital RV in Minot.
