Piss poor experience, 2 of the workers look me directly in my face and didn't say anything, couple other employees hanging in the back just chatting and laughing among themselves.I went in and checked out without anyone so much as saying hello. Glad I only needed a fuse. I will never buy anything else from them.

wish I would have got the guys name but I went to get windshield wipers and he was the first to greet me, found not only what I asked for, but also offered to put my wipers on for me. tall long grey haired man, now I'm safe to go 19 hrs home

Depending on whose working, I have mixed feelings about this store. Dennis the manager is good. He's always been helpful. When Dennis is working, It's a good visit. Now night time is almost always a different story. When the store isn't busy, it can be hard to get service because employees seldom hang around at the front. I stood at the register for about 7 minutes by myself one night waiting for someone to ring me up. With no one around. Another time, a manager walked past me twice before stoping to ring me up. I consider that to be less than top tier customer service.

The dudes seemed shy or something lmao also no one has answered a single phone call I’ve tried to make and I’ve been calling trying to make sure my order is ready bc an email said it was ready but when I went in they told me they couldn’t find it. I ordered it yesterday and need it by tonight and thought I would’ve been able to just go pick it up ((it says my order is ready???)) or I would’ve just went somewhere else
