“How to take my car in here after getting rear-ended and after not having my car for almost a month the day that finally came for getting it back Cory was incredibly helpful and very professional. After picking up my car there was a minor hiccup after a plug to the cooling fan wasn't plugged in that's a minor thing that's easy to forget. Corey took it over to Jim and he helped me out big time was also very professional and nice and even walked me through the entire repair process and it ended up just being a minor plug that needed to be plugged back in after they worked on the front end. They were polite, helpful and it didn't take more than a few minutes to look up what they had in stock, what the prices were, what warranty was available and possible parts/extras I may need. “Had a rocker on my jeep get ripped off during a car wash. Went to Jerome’s but they said it couldn’t be repaired due to the amount of rust and missing connecting parts. They recommended Schillinger Auto Body. They took a look and said they can fix it. And they did just that in less than an hour. Very nice people and good work. Also had their dogs keep me company while there, which was nice.”

“Service department is amazing! Best time I've ever spent in a dealership. I live 2 hours from dealership so I wanted to make sure they had the parts for the recall. I thought it would be weeks but the service manager did some checking and called me back and I was in within a week. I work remotely so when I brought my car in for recall repairs I brought my work with me. There waiting area is comfortable. I was able to set up my laptop and work while my car was in the shop. The Service Advisor, Esteban Mejia was very attentive. He kept me updated on the progress and checked on me often. Everyone I talked to was professional and polite. They also provide shuttle service. Wonderful drive dropped me off at the mall so I could grab lunch and go shopping and then picked me up when my car was done. I couldn't be more happy with my experience.”

“This is the best auto parts store in Minot. Beats AutoZone in every way. Prices are always cheaper, usually have what I need in stock, excellent online discounts and promotions. Employees at this store conduct themselves professionally and are prompt to help customers. A great example: I needed a lower radiator hose, I checked AutoZone online who wanted about $36 and needed to special order it. I checked CarQuest online, they had the same hose on sale for $6 and had it in town. It's a no brainer. I recommend CarQuest to all my friends.”
“It appears that only two people work together there and that might not be true? My wife wanted to take my special needs son there a few years back but she felt they didn’t want to entertain him and that gave her a bad impression. She was dead set that it was a bad shop. BUT! Fast forward to a few weeks ago and I tried to install a new stereo system myself and did it wrong. They tell you it straight. What work will be done and how much it will take for them. They also try to help you to save money by doing it on your own. This place is legit for upgrading your car equipment! Especially older models. But, this is only my experience with the Stereo Shop.

“Part one....I was referred here by a dealership other than one I usually go to in Bismarck which was too far away for the type of repair needed...Seems they do a lot of great work here and genuinely care about doing an excellent job. From what I saw while there with another customer, they don't let any vehicles leave out until they've answered all questions and there's no doubt about anything else going wrong with whatever problem vehicle has need of for repair.I was allowed to continue driving ...carefully.. in the meantime which I was very thankful for.Got vehicle diagnosed right away and everything explained to me in detail... about the work needed and work that may NOT be needed depending on the response received after phase one work... one thing can make another thing show up as a problem and it not be... I return after parts are in next week.. to drop off vehicle.... which should only take another week to repair.I enjoyed the conversation with mechanic , his wife who works there too in office... (and knows how to work on vehicles as well)? and Rod the owner. They make you feel comfortable about the whole process... I will review again after repairs are completed.”

I've worked with Ryan Chevy for all of my families vehicle needs over the last several years.
Originally, I was not a chevy customer. Your sales associate, Seth, is what brought me over and read on for why.
His ability to connect with his customers on a personal level is yet to be matched by the other associates I have worked with. He is reasonably available for questions or to help sort out ideas.
