“They're the best auto shop in town that I've found. They have been able to get our cars into the shop faster than most other shops in the area, which is a big issue here. They also charge a fair price, unlike most of the other shops in town; and they get it done quickly. Customer service is fantastic.I only go here now and to Bullet Transmission for transmission work.I haven't had the best experiences with Tires Plus, Country, Harley's, and Westlie's from a customer service, price, or backlog to be seen perspective. They weren't terrible, but they weren't as good as I'm used to seeing in order states.”

“Part one....I was referred here by a dealership other than one I usually go to in Bismarck which was too far away for the type of repair needed...Seems they do a lot of great work here and genuinely care about doing an excellent job. From what I saw while there with another customer, they don't let any vehicles leave out until they've answered all questions and there's no doubt about anything else going wrong with whatever problem vehicle has need of for repair.I was allowed to continue driving ...carefully.. in the meantime which I was very thankful for.Got vehicle diagnosed right away and everything explained to me in detail... about the work needed and work that may NOT be needed depending on the response received after phase one work... one thing can make another thing show up as a problem and it not be... I return after parts are in next week.. to drop off vehicle.... which should only take another week to repair.I enjoyed the conversation with mechanic , his wife who works there too in office... (and knows how to work on vehicles as well)? and Rod the owner. They make you feel comfortable about the whole process... I will review again after repairs are completed.”
