“The help I received from this store is like no other! We are from Austin, Texas we unfortunately had to stay in Minot for a month because of medical reasons! My husband was in need of a chair to help him rest and Aaron's was able to deliver not only the same day but to a hotel! I was very impressed with how quick the process was I never had to set foot in the store! Giving me the ability to care for my husband and not have to worry about anything else!!! “I have been using Culligan water in Minot to fill our 5 gallon jugs for a couple years now and have always been greeted by friendly staff. Today I arrived and a gentleman working offered to carry all 7 of my 5gal jugs to my car for me. I am currently 28 weeks pregnant with back issues so I really appreciated this man's kindness!”

“Great customer service. Every time going there I am greeted and helped. I am so glad they came to Minot. Compare that to Menards where it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack to get any one that will help you. Besides, Menards stuck it to us during the oil boom and the flood that we had in 2011. They jacked up their prices over 20% higher than any of the other stores in North Dakota at a time when we really needed building supplies. They had rude people that could care less about you. Home Depot has by far the friendliest people willing to help you find what you need. Great job Home Depot!”
