I regret having to post this review, seeing as how my first transaction with this store was great. Sara and team were awesome to work with for the purchase of my sofa set. That was several months ago. So when my washer went out, this store was first on my mind for a replacement. I called the store on Saturday morning and spoke with Shannon who seemed decent over the phone. Confirmed the product I wanted was in stock, confirmed that delivery was not available on Saturday, and i asked if I can just come and pick them up. She said "sure!" So I fired up my pickup and drove to town. When I walked in, Shannon greeted me but I should note that she NEVER smiled during our interaction. She proceeded to tell me that they are unable to make any transactions on a Saturday since Sara doesn't work on that day. This just boggles my mind! Why open the store on a day that you are unable to make a transaction? Why did Shannon tell me I could come and pick up my products? So many questions. Throughout the interaction, Shannon was unfriendly and unprofessional. I like to shop local, and although this store is not locally owned per se, the management is local and was previously pleasant to work with. I ended up going to Menards and although I saved big money, that wasn't the outcome I was hoping for. At least I can look forward to the rebate check! Sorry rent all, you lost a good customer.
