We have with Wells Fargo for 40+ years. It's time to change banks. They've closed most of the branches. I was told by a bank manager that Wells Fargo wants people to do mostly everything online. What about the older people who do not have a computer or know how to use one??? It has become so inconvenient that it doesn't make sense banking with a bank you can't go to because they're closed. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and AGGRAVATING!!!

Waited in line at drive up window on my lunch break. When i got up to the window the teller said they were closed from noon till 1. First wells Fargo sold my student loan to some unknown company. They don't do any kind of loans at all anymore. Maybe its time to switch banks after 20+ years.

They have cashier who deal with other aspects such as opening accounts etc business. So people who want to withdraw money have to wait. Their little cubical are empty so the cashiers have to do it all so someone who wants something simple has to wait because tellers are going into the lobby to take of thing different then despensing money. Usually banks have other staff for opening accounts closing accounts and replacing debit cards and even loans
