Got a pick up order. We live out of town. Called before we left home because our order said it was delayed. We were told 20-25 minutes it will be ready. When we got there 25 minutes later. Called to tell them we were there and was told at least 25 more minutes. Went in and did our own shopping. If they have staff that called off don’t take orders that you can’t handle. Very poor management practices.
Do not recommend pick up orders from this Walmart.

No one was working in electrics, asked for assistance and waited for 30 min. I'll just go to GameStop and give them my business instead

It was late afternoon. I pked the wrong time at north Wal-Mart. Stocking going on in almost every grocery isle and the ice cream section was being cleaned with large hoses, at the time I thought it would ha e be great if cleaning was done at night with less traffic going on.

I arrived with a flat tire... They treated me excellently! Not only did they fix my tire but they also didn't charge me for the work when they saw (I think) that I was a tourist passing through the city.

I could not find the right windshield wipers for my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek.
The Mechanics took a moment of their time to look at my vehicle, to let me know what works.
Even though nothing at Walmart was compatible with my vehicle, I appreciated the few minutes they took to help me.

It’s ok. It’s a Walmart. A necessary evil of sorts. It’s the place you can afford to shop but hate to walk into because the service is so poor. Can’t get a person to help you in any of the departments that require assistance but you can sure find 7 people standing around chatting at the self checkout where we’re saving staffing by making people check themselves out.
