I will never go here to purchase a vehicle, EVER! Not only did they lie to us, but they ignored me when I called the next day after my purchase, and a few other time. They told me I was getting one car and gave us another. Also, we had gotten prequalifying before even going there and then it was lie, after lie, after lie. They Told us the finance companies wouldn’t finance because of either the mileage was too high, or the car was too old from the list of vehicles we were interested in. Ended up spending over double that I was looking to. And then got a damn lemon. Dont purchase from this company. Con artist, liars and criminals for sure!

I test drove the vehicle. The air conditioning & windshield washer fluid worked just fine. I went in the next day to purchase the vehicle & the air (like the blower motor suddenly stopped working) wouldn't blow the air out of the vents like it did the day before. The washer fluid also wouldn't come out onto the window like it did when i test drove it. I didn't even leave the lot yet & when i called the salesperson, he was already out to lunch. Have no clue why these things worked fine when i test drove the car & then the next day it magically stopped working. The ad also said the car came with a remote starter but doesn't jave one. The buttons on the fob only lock & unlock the doors. This was supposed to be a birthday gift.
UPDATE-the mechanic i have tried putting a new blower motor in. It worked at 1st but now for some reason doesnt work. The salesperson said u guys do an inspection. Also, the hose for the windshield washer fluid disconnected. Can u please fix this for me? I did call the salesperson before i even left the lot.

Lee did an amazing job helping us out with our new car purchase! The entire process was smooth and easy. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle which made it even easier. Dakota the finance guy also was great helping us out with the finance piece of the deal. It made for an enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely recommend them to everyone!

Dropped my pickup off for repair. 3 days later, no communication. Called and they said it’s being worked on and I could pick it tomorrow. Day 4, went to pick it up after being “fixed”. Find out it hasn’t even been worked on and they needed to order a part. After they lost my keys and searched for 30 minutes they said they’d call when the part came in. Still waiting for that call…..since July.

Challenging buying experience that ended great! I highly recommend my salesman Micah Tatt. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and his communication was excellent. I had a mechanical issue with the vehicle I just bought and he, along with Eide management worked with me to come to an equitable solution. Highly recommend!
