They did so amazing on my car!!!! The inside looks and smells brand new and I know it eas pretty awful with gummy bears stuck to the carpet!!!! Thank you so much you guys are amazing!!!!!!!!

Tsk tsk tsk, my boyfriend and I went to the lot and found a Kia we were interested in when we went to the main location to chat about the car the receptionist said someone would meet us at the lot in an hour. Fast forward an hour and 20 minutes the guy shows up. Not friendly he went up to the car popped the hood and just stared at it he had not said a single word the entire time I was the one doing all the talking and he provides no guidance I don't know why he just stared at the car did he expect me to sell it to myself? overall it was a very awkward experience It seemed he was just a guy who had the keys but did not intend on helping me, it was hard to get any words or answers out of that guy. Overall we left feeling frustrated and annoyed that he wasted our time we waited over an hour for a "help" I'm not kidding this guy did nothing but be silent and difficult to work with. Do not waste your time with this company Sad day for car buyers

5 star auto detail....did an AMAZING job!! I brought in my vehicle that was absolutely disgusting... lol from work, kids, farm and dirt/dust from being down gravel roads everyday. They made my vehicle look just like I drove it off the lot brand new!

They did an amazing job!!I took my wife's car and my truck in for interior detailing. Both look dang near new!Considering it's been a longer than I care to admit since I got either vehicle detailed plus we have two dogs; I am very happy with how they turned out!Was also happy that I received a phone call when then were done. On May 21st, 2020 I purchased a 2009 Dodge Journey from 5 star motors in Mandan, ND. Barely FOUR days later on May 29th, 2020 it started giving me issues. I had Shawn, my husband, look at it bc I was in tears since I had literally just used all of the money I had saved up, $4500, as a down payment. When I left the dealership Walt Olsen didn't offer to fill it up with gas, stated that it had just had an oil change but the sticker in the window says otherwise. There was less than 1k miles left until the next oil change needed to be done. I signed the as is paper work. He typed up a "contract" on Word and had me sign it. When Shawn, my husband, looked at it there was no oil in the vehicle, the tranny fluid was super low, the dip stick that was or is in it had a screw for the handle so it wouldn't read right regardless but still took 2 quarts of oil anyways. At this point i messaged Walt telling him about my problem with the vehicle i had literally just purchased from him. He snubbed me off like nothing ever happened. He wanted his truth worthy cousin Austin Olsen to come look at the vehicle since you know I'm a lier and all and I clearly must have done something to this vehicle i just spent my savings on (yeah okay). Austin said the same thing my husband did. Anyway I had proceeded to message Walt about this issue hoping and praying he would be a decent human being and at least return some if not ALL of my $4500.00 i had just given him. With no luck there i turned him into the better business bureau. I just sent him yet another message asking him if we could solve this outside of court and he just said "i already talked to you about this". So I'm assuming my next step is to go to small claims court. I also forgot to mention i talked to a police officer this morning about it all and he also stated he should have to give me my money back. Anyways the outcome of whats wrong with it is the tranny is slipping and the rear differential went out. And the ebreake was split in 2. NEVER EVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH 5 STAR AUTO IN MANDAN, ND.
