I’ve driven here from Seattle with my sister visiting friends and family and when my friends Art and Dorothy Mariner heard I was having issues they told me to come here and they were so right! Mike was recommended to us and he was great when he heard it was 2 women traveling East he made it possible to get back on the road that afternoon. “I was pretty loyal to the car lot in my town. Bought 5-6 vehicles within 4 years from them. Nissan in Bismarck had a truck my husband wanted. So we drove the 4 hours to go take a look. The staff was super friendly and it was a pretty quick transaction. Long story short there was a massive problem within a couple of weeks and a super costly one. When we called they didn’t fight, or try to get out of making things right. In fact we didn’t expect them to help at all. They told us without even being asked they were going to make it right. They paid to tow it all the way back to Bismarck and had it fixed( which was extensive) on their dime. I have never been treated so well even by the dealership I was so loyal that knew me by name because I went there so much. Would 100% recommend and go back”

“Went to three other tire shops in town and was told we had to buy new sensors for our dually tires. The tech at OK tires took the time to make them work. Facility was clean with amenities in the waiting area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Had a bad experience with jiffy lube on Washington st do not go there I do recommend jim he was very helpful and knew what he was doing we had a squealing noise from our belt after we got it changed at Walmart Walmart refused to fix unless we got a letter from another auto place in the area went jiffy lube they tried to fix it and made it worse a couple months go by and it got plunder so went to the shop to get the right stuff to put on it and Jim helped us out and fix the problem so highly recons this place and I’ve also got some other work done there on my vehicle and was not disappointed.”
