“I was pretty loyal to the car lot in my town. Bought 5-6 vehicles within 4 years from them. Nissan in Bismarck had a truck my husband wanted. So we drove the 4 hours to go take a look. The staff was super friendly and it was a pretty quick transaction. Long story short there was a massive problem within a couple of weeks and a super costly one. When we called they didn’t fight, or try to get out of making things right. In fact we didn’t expect them to help at all. They told us without even being asked they were going to make it right. They paid to tow it all the way back to Bismarck and had it fixed( which was extensive) on their dime. I have never been treated so well even by the dealership I was so loyal that knew me by name because I went there so much. Would 100% recommend and go back”

“We picked up a used 2013 Chrysler 200 for my son recently and it was making a weird clicking sound. I checked the battery (Interstate brand in already) and it had some really bad corrosion on the posts, so I thought it might be time for a new one. The battery on these cars is in a dumb spot by the front wheel on the driver side. I called to see if I needed an appointment to get it replaced since I was sure it would take some time to swap it out. They said they don’t take appointments, but that they would get it in quickly and mentioned there would be a $40 charge for the labor.
Nick was the technician that helped me when I got there. After taking the battery out and checking the charge 3 times he told me there was nothing wrong with it. He then cleaned up the battery and the posts and reinstalled it. I asked him how much it was, and he said nothing. I told him I should pay him something for the 20 + minutes he just spent working on this, but he insisted there was no charge.
This just goes to show that there are still some honest people like Nick in this world. He could have sold me a new battery I didn’t need, and I wouldn’t have known any better, but he didn’t. We have Interstate batteries in all our vehicles, and I wouldn’t even think of using anything else.

Then I was sent to Automotive Unlimited and Sheldon was able to get my truck in the next day!! That says a lot about there business, communication was great on what was going on with my truck and what was needed to fix the problem!
