After about 3 days, literally everyone in there knows your name. No laborious paper work with each transaction either. Walk in, hand them your cash and checks and they make it happen. The online banking is not the prettiest thing in the world, but it syncs with my Quicken better than Wells Fargo ever did. Seriously, I make up reasons to go to Elm River--that is how great the customer service is. Do yourself a favor and bank here.”
