Ian Sylvester (CEO) fired me for applying to another job and saying I was late on some certain days of the month and yet I was on military duty at the time(used to work for the Hobbs, NM yard). Equipment is in bad condition, Ian said we need to cheat our logs if we want to make more money and not lose the companies contracts, paperwork is outta date half the time, they lied to the big contract Plains in Hobbs, NM about the amount of barrels hauled(they shorted them) on at least one occasion, that $80000 a year on the last Indeed ad was a lie you might make $45000, they don't provide uniforms, half the trailer pressure tests where outta date last time I checked and some if the drivers are working for 20 hours straight sometimes. Once I had to ask Ian for a $600 cash advance because they didn't have work for a week, he said he'll give to me because I served in the military and not to tell anyone about it, I thought that was stupid because I needed it because I didn't have work for a week from the same guy. Ian Sylvester is an anti military, DOT violating, anti find a better job because Maxxons pay is bad, and drive until your dead tired and I don't care if you die kinda guy...go work for swift
