Excellent customer service experience with this store! We broke down on a trip from Ohio to Alaska in our 99 F350 pulling a gooseneck trailer with no options to get a wheel bearing. We kindly asked for any ideas on how to get a bearing from Minot delivered to Portal, ND where we were stuck. April at the parts counter was able to help us and one of the owners of the store offered to drive it to us for a nominal fee. We were back on the road within 12 hours of stopping. Thank you guys. Saved our trip!

So,I called ahead of time,And ask if they can make an A/C hose.I drove over an hour to get to the shop.And they had no A/C fittings or even hose to make a A/C system configuration hose!!!!!!
