So I call there I'm coming 40 miles for cigs and I tell her I'm going to be cutting it close to 9 pm closing time she said a smart remark abd hung up on me then the best part I get there at 9 pm and 30 seconds she already had door locked and was counting her drawer. And wouldn't even look at me I mean Really Caren you have a lil power and thats how you use it for evil and not good B ad Caren. But the rest of the staff are awsome but she is always a smart mouth so I'll go else were from here on they treat folks rite at EXON AND I GET BETTER MILLAGE FROM EXON GAS.

When I was directed to talk to Shannon the manager tonight regarding a purchasing issue she provided terrible customer service. This has been my families go to store for many years but we most likely won't be utilizing the services there anymore.

I’m new to town and this is the Best Gas Station in Jamestown! I usually stop by in the afternoons and the service I get from the staff is first rate. Most of the staff is nearby college students from the University and they are polite, friendly and very professional. Also love that that they fill my propane up quickly. Keep up the “Super” job Dans Sooper ?

Terrible service. I'm a bigger man and I don't appreciate the little Mexican crew that works there always laughing and snickering at me when I come in it makes me fill really uncomfortable. It's like they've never seen a heavy set person. And I'm pretty sure one of them copied my card information for a purchase at Betty's soul food and to refill there phone card

Worst service ever was some young kids smoking pot outside in the middle of the parking lot waited 10 mins to get waited on ended up walking out went next door and was venting to the cashier about service at dans and they stated there had been lot of people walking out and complaining

Wonderful convenience store with friendly service. Deli food is fresh and delicious. Great coffee bar!! They have a little of everything.
