Nick has been a phenomenal insurance agent to have! From the start he was able to improve my coverages and save me a significant amount of money. That alone deserves 5 stars. But his knowledge and willingness to explain coverages in length along with his availability should add a 6th star. I can also speak from a claims perspective, it has been the easiest insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. Recently my home had a significant amount of hail damage. I texted Nick pictures and he responded quickly and had a claim initiated within the hour. The adjuster made contact within the next day or two and had a check in the mail within a week of the claim being filed. I was shocked how easy the process was with Nodak!

Nick and Anita are very friendly, professional, and thorough. When I've called to make changes to my policy or ask questions Anita has been great. They even have the option to text their phone number which is very useful for a quick question or to send in photos. I highly recommend them.
