Air conditioner was stuck on arctic wind and I woke up shivering. Shower curtain rod was broken and paint was peeling off the ceiling

Do not stay here! Unfortunately all the better hotels in the area (where taken for tonight. The vent was so dusty that it flared my allergies. Even if its an outdated room, do you not take pride in your cleaning? This is a sanitary concern. Mold, dust. The front desk did switch us to a “better” one after expressing our concerns. Thank goodness I am carrying cleaning supplies to disinfect the room. We are traveling cross country and came in late. All we wanted was a clean room to rest our eyes while we continue to drive to our destination. We will be waiting for a resolution from the location and company. I will be leaving ASAP.
Rooms: Horrible and smelly, believe the bad reviews.

We were informed about no elevator after we checked in. Hauled all of our stuff to a room not cleaned and a big piece of construction equipment in the middle of the room. Back down stairs, relayed my findings to clerk. Oh, I forgot that.
Another room was ready but when we went to bed the pillows were like rocks. We had to resort to balled up clothing for pillows. No ice machine working. I will ditto the other reviews about this grubby little hotel.
The clerk did knock half of the bill but clearly not enough to compensate for throwing my bach out for the rest of our trip.

Do not stay here, save your money. The front desk gave us a discount so it ended up being $150 for the one night. There was mold in the shower, dirty sink with a huge crack in it, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off and the grounds were littered with trash. It was so dirty and I couldn't believe we had to pay $150 for something barely worth $30.

Very unprofessional staff; they dressed like any ordinary guest and didn't wear a uniform shirt so you can tell the difference and the lobby always smelled disgusting soon as you walk in.
Rooms: The room was horrible; the restroom vent was hanging of the wall, the bed wasn't comfortable at all it body dents imprinted in the bed, and the wall nail holes wasn't painted.

Save your money, and don’t stay here. Spend the extra hundred and go to Hampton. The front desk attendants are nice and very friendly. But not once did the cleaners come to remake the bed or give us more towels or other amenities. The room was dismal to say the least. Bathroom ceiling paint is bubbling and black mold. There is no overhead lighting in the main room no smoke detector and multiple of our lamps were missing light bulbs. When grabbing ice other residents have there dogs off leash barking at us and staff did nothing. Will not be coming back
Rooms: Bad quality
Safety: Unsafe

When in Jamestown, stay here! I pinky promise it will be an above and beyond experience while Amy is in charge. I made the impromptu decision to leave WI back to WA in the middle of the night. I was beyond tired and took the exit after seeing only a lodging sign, not knowing it would become more than just a temporary home for the night. Amy is a force to be reckoned with, and we need more people like her in this world. She cares, which unlike "common sense" isn't very common these days. She goes above and beyond to make sure you know you're welcome and safe. She will make you laugh, she will go the extra mile, and most importantly she will make you feel your temporary home *cue Carrie Underwood* is a home. I can honestly say my cat and I would not have made it the 2000 miles without Amy along the way. 11 out of 10 experience. Thank you!

Had to unexpectedly stay over in a bad storm last night. Definitely can't beat the price for a nice room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was pretty good. Would stay again!

This was the dirtiest hotel and room we have ever been in. When we walked into our room the light switch didn't work, turns out the lamp wasn't turned on. The lamp was also very tarnished. The wallpaper in the corner by the window was bubbled up. The bathroom floor and toilet seat were sticky and the bathroom haf the smell of vomit. When we turned on the heat the musty smell was awful, if my son would have been with it would have put him into an asthma attack. After checking availability at other hotels, as this weekend was a busy weekend with kid activities in town, we were lucky enough to find an opening and ended up switching hotels.
Rooms: Room was dirty and smelled awful. Made me question if the room has even been cleaned.

Great place, seems well maintained. Nice handicapped accessible room. It just had really loud buzzing fan in bathroom. (WD 40?)

This hotel is great. Clean, family friendly, including pets. Youre able to tell that management really runs this place well. I had a great experience here.

No option for zero rating cause that's what they'd get. Where to start? Dirty, smelly, run down, poor "repairs", low quality breakfast. Dog food in corners of rooms, Crack in wall where a/c heater unit should have been caulked but outside was visible & -18° air coming through. Don't believe photos on website. Not sure where they came from, rooms do not look that nice. Overpriced & should be shut down by the health department. Should never pass inspection. Not locally or American owned. Will not stay here again.

The room looked like it hadn’t been touched since the 80’s. The walls in the hallway have never been cleaned. There was a small child running around the halls. The hotel smells like feces. They didn’t even attempt to cover the water stains on the ceiling. I did not feel safe in any part of this hotel. The lady in the next room was screaming all night. I think she was on drugs. The front desk had someone working that had no idea what he was doing. And they double charged my card. I would never recommend this place to anybody.
Rooms: Disgusting, dingy, I didn’t want to stay longer than 2 minutes.
Safety: I’m sure the area is safe but I sure didn’t feel safe in this hotel
Noteworthy details: It looks like somewhere a Methhead would stay. Take that as you will. I’ve stayed in nicer hotels for less money
