Ordered a rack from them, showed up in a couple boxes, wasn’t too sure how it was going to go. Like most dudes, tried to install in without looking at directions. After beating my head against the wall for an about an hour, I caved and finally read them. Once I did that, boom, it was a breeze. HahahahaLooks good, works great!

On Sept 11/23 I ordered an item online after consulting with customer service to ensure I was ordered the correct item. I paid immediately via PayPal, and the item was shipped on Sept 12 with a supposed delivery date of Sept 19. On Sept 19 I received an email update from Fedex indicating that the parcel did not have the correct paperwork attached to it, and thus it was sitting somewhere in North Dakota. On Sept 25 I finally had time to sit on the phone waiting to speak with Fedex, and was then told to contact the shipper as there was nothing that I, as the purchaser, could do about this situation. I then phoned Agri-Cover, spoke with Curt, who transferred me to Bethany, and they both told me that I needed to contact Fedex, they would send me the correct paperwork, it was my job to fix this, and this had never ever ever happened before as everything the company does is perfection itself. Well, after Bethany hung up on me while I was speaking to her, I called back and once again spoke with Curt, who then transferred me once again to someone else. I received four emails with the "appropriate paperwork", and send emails back indicating that this was the company's issue, not mine, as I had paid for the item/shipping, and was supposed to have received it Sept 19.Lo and behold, the company cancelled my order yesterday and I'm now not receiving the item which I had ordered.Not sure if it's something in the food or water down there, but the three people I spoke with at the company seemed extremely mentally-retarded and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.Now hopefully I'll get a refund!!!Update Oct 2/23: I have received a refund for the original shipping and am still waiting for a refund for the item. How amusing that I need to pay for the item immediately but this company can take its sweet time to issue refunds!

Ordered a product but unfortunately it wasn't going to be shipped or delivered in time. Kinda panicked as you never know how a cancel order is going to go. Tara, the customer service person, was excellent on phone and emails. This kind of customer service is rare and for this reason alone I'll buy from this company in the future. Based on ND.

I've gotten 3 low profile tonneau covers from here and love them. Easy to use and quickly take on and off. Very strong, helpful for the heavy New England snowstorms. I recommend them to anyone I know looking for tonneau covers. And the only time I've had to deal with customer service they were friendly and promptly solved my issue.

Agri Cover is the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my entire life as a consumer. The roof rack for my 2023 Ford F150 was flawed from the manufacturer. I had a high end, specialized shop install it and the geometry of the rack was off as it was not designed for the bed of my truck (it was sitting flush at corner edge of the bed and was recessed by two inches sitting on the bed closer to the cab). The rack came loose in a week of driving and I had to re-tighten the bolts twice in two weeks. I then contacted the customer support and was issued an RO number, they asked me to ship it back to me at my expense which cost me another $200 as the unit wouldn't fit within the normal parameters of the regular package, got an email from a very rude customer service representative that assured me that the geometry of the rack is fine - it's my truck bed that was crooked. Overall, stay away from this no name piece of garbage of the company, reach out to known brands, this is a scam and this is a financial mistake,

Similar to reviews posted by others, the customer service team at Agri-Cover is the best customer service department I’ve ever experienced. Customer service representative Eddie Allen was extremely helpful and understanding. Although I purchased my LoMax hard tri-fold cover almost 5 years ago and it has since malfunctioned, they stood by their product and provided a completely new replacement cover. They just gained a customer for life and I will be recommending them to anyone/everyone looking for an amazing tonneau cover from a company that truly cares about their customers.Thank you so much Eddie and the entire Agri-Cover customer service team, keep up the great work!

Read return policy before purchasing hereWhy purchase when it will cost over 50 percent of product cost to return , if it is not what you thought. There are plenty of options out there that will accepts returns if the product shows up and is not the quality or appearance you though it would be. Why take the risk

The Agricover warranty customer service team is second to none. I just purchased a used 2017 Ram that had a Lomax tri-fold cover already installed but was faulty. The dealer was unwilling to arrange for repairs as they did not install. I contacted the warranty team to see if maybe they could connect me with a local dealer/installer that would set me up with repairs, with the hopes of a discount as I had just purchased the truck, understanding the cover likely had an expired warranty. Instead, they sent me a completely new cover altogether. I cannot thank the Agricover team enough for their generosity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I will be purchasing additional products from this company!

WOW WOW WOW! I am not certain I could recall a time in my 40+ years on Earth where a company provided such great customer service. I had a problem that I caused and they worked hard to make it right. I must add that I believe the Lomax Stance is by far the best hard cover in the business! And if it's not the customer support makes it so because I have no doubt Agricover is there to back their products. Thank you Agricover for reminding me that great customer service does in fact still exist!
