Installation of ReadiTech fiber service to house went without a hitch…very careful, safety-minded and respectful underground installer…very impressed! ReadiTech staff from the office administration to the in-house installers were very friendly, respectful, and installation and setup was done right! Cost of service is on par with other available coax-based providers, so this is premium service at competitive costs. Very pleased and would highly recommend to others!

We have been expecting DRN to bring fiber to our home in Horace and we are almost there - we received adequate notice from contractors and DRN staff on all install activity around our home, and they did repair (seed) all areas of trenched activity on our property. Knowing all the hoops and obstacles they're encountering with delivering fiber to an existing neighborhood, I have no real complaints on their dealings.No fiber install will be entirely without disruption, but they've been professional and courteous about it in our neck of the woods the past year. I am bummed to hear folks elsewhere haven't had as positive of an experience, but all things considered, I think they've done everything I can reasonably expect them to do.

ReadiTech has managed to weaponize incompetence, throughout my fiber install they managed to destroy my yard last fall and again this spring/summer. They cut my underground dog fence despite me showing 6 people exactly where it was. They were going to leave it broken over the 4th of July weekend until I complained, then they did the worst patch job I've ever seen. I had to call them back to fix it again while I watched them to verify it was done correctly. I have spent untold hours dealing with ReadiTech and every time they assure me they will be out to fix issues never show up. They also promised they would come out and hydroseed the spots they dug up in my yard, that still hasn't happened. Don't do business with ReadiTech.

Very disrespectful to others property. Installed ugly boxes on our property with absolutely no notice. Didn't bother fixing the area of grass where they installed it. Heard from MANY people the same thing. Wouldn't recommend working with them at all considering the disrespect we've received.
