Don't. Just don't.The old man that runs this place is trying to make a million off of weekly guests. Nothing in this place warrants $600 a week.Small rooms. No microwave. Fridge is dripping water. Towels in water closet, yes closet, are marked "rags" and have the stains to prove it. Internet is less than 11mb/s. Tag on A/C says it was cleaned in '11. Charged me twice for the room.

This is the most outrageous disgusting place I've ever stayed, the smell is just God awful, the hallway had a horrible smell , the office was cluster with junk collected over the last 50 years , then we get in our room with stained carpet that I didn't want to put my feet on , we left and got cleaning supplies just to make it somewhat comfortable, this place is one notch above a homeless shelter.It needs to be shut down and smashed into a pile and set on fire ???? .I'm not here to bash this business I didn't have any conflicts with any one ,this is just my opinion.

This place is so grossly, I would rather sleep in the truck, don't stay here , the carpet is just disgusting, the smell is very very bad in the hallway, the room is uncomfortable, we had to get your own cleaning supplies to make the room somewhat comfortable, the office is just clutter up with 50 years of junk, at best this place is one step above a homeless shelter, it needs to be shut down , smashed into a pile and sit on fire.

I travel for work and stay at many hotels. I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised with the Roughrider Motor Inn. Simple, clean, they seem to do the important things right. The property is older but well taken care of. Family type business. Would stay here again no question. 5 stars for the heater switch in the bathroom. Awesome.

Nothing fancy but very nice. Clean and well cared for. Owner even offered to go pick up supper for me if they didn't deliver. Fridge in room and flat tv. Will stay here again.

No microwaves in the room, have to walk to end of hallway where 1 microwave is located. The beds are uncomfortable and I could easily hear conversations through the walls. Rude customer service, I'm assuming it was the owner. I asked about wifi and he threw a piece of paper down on the counter with the password on it. He did not say a word to me and did not respond when I said thank you. Good hot water and water pressure, AC worked and TVs upgraded to flat panels. Sheets were clean.

Room was clean. Needs updated but was nice. Beds need replaced the most otherwise want bad.

Room is clean, nice people. Older motel, nothing fancy but the price is lower than the fancy hotels.
