“Bout time I get to this review, just extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff that work with you on problems. Had a very unique issue, but they kept me informed the whole way, so I'm very happy. Also had exhaust work done completely, custom system had to make a custom y pipe and new exhaust hangers, and they nailed it sound awesome. And the welds and everything are supper professional. So overall would 100% recommend bruns to anyone!”

Got three "used" tires to match up my treads, 1 tire kept losing about 10-15 psi everyday.
I was too busy to get my truck in for 2 weeks. They fixed it and didn't charge me a dime.
Can't stress enough, how much these guys are passionate about providing great service every time I go in there.
Very reasonable people, they'll listen to you and won't upsell you.

“These guys are awesome! Traveling from Arizona, the a/c stopped blowing in my SL500. While the convertible is awesome, it’s still nice to have A/C! Been going to this schumacher for about 3 years now. They're always courteous honest and very reliable . Have not had a bad experience once. If you wait there there's wifi. if you need to leave the car there they give you courtesy rides. If I could give them seven stars I would!”
“My car was throwing codes. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Over the phone I got a quote for the same fix from another shop, and that quote was about $20 lower. However, the final bill from UA ended up being $40 less than the original estimate anyway. It wasn't cheap; auto repairs seldom are, but the folks at UA treated me right. I'll go back again.”
“Excellent service—Ted is person of integrity and honesty. A previous mechanic said I needed a new transmission for over $4K. Ted fixed it for $120 (speed sensor on a 93 K1500). Highly recommend!”

I called them and had great customer service from start to finish. The phone call was pleasant and informative. Received reminders about the upcoming appointment.
