Went in to open a business account today but unsuccessful. It is a holiday weekend and I made it there prior to closing however the staff chose not to help me . I really went to great efforts to make it there prior to closing (and I did) only to be told it was “to close to closing time” and to come back on their next business day(Tuesday ) or to “try “ to apply online . Wow ! What amazing customer service Wells Fargo offers. Unfortunately, Grand Forks, ND only has this one recognizable bank so perhaps this is why.

Inconvenient hours that don't work for anyone who works normal hours. There's so many services they could offer online but don't (cashing bonds for one). Service is pretty meh and you have to wait a week if you're transferring money to/from a different bank or cashing some checks. Their website generally just takes you in circles when you are looking for info or services. Better than US bank tho.

Why make an appointment when they don't keep them? No one even greeted us although several 'team members' were sinuous sitting in their offices. Only one teller working.

This company honestly has the worst customer service I've seen in my entire life. The branch won't help you with anything instead will tell you to talk to someone online who will put you on hold and then transfer you until they tell you they can't help you. They do not care about you.

With the problems and no available appointments at our Wells Fargo branches in Aurora, CO we waited to send more wires until we arrived in GFX. Our small business experience here was excellent. Thank you Jennifer S! It goes to show a WF professional can engage in cordial conversation yet still execute the sending of wires flawlessly. 5 Stars for Jennifer and a negative 1 star for WF corporate = our 4 star rating.

I needed rolls of quarters and this bank was willing to give me $20 of quarters without being a member. I had been to two other banks who turned me down since I did not bank with them. I am new to the area and have not yet established an account. I will never bank with those other banks. The cash attendant at Wells Fargo was extremely pleasant to work with.

Would not let me shut down my checking account after switching to a different bank.Kept my account active to just charge me.Took 3 days instead of instantly. Do not bank here.

LOL as if Wells Fargo as a corporation hasn't acted badly enough, they have a adacity to now ask 5 dollars per statement per month to print out. So 3 months of the same account is 15 dollars. For a couple sheets of paper. That can be done yourself online for pennies.Later. Customer gone.

Just don't. There has got to be way better banks in town. They do not know how to deal with out of state marriage certificates and some of the staff members there are rude. Ellarene held up my own marriage certificate and was like "read this" ?♀️ as if she knew better than the people who it belongs too. Don't even try calling, they will not pick up and there is no voicemail. I will been closing my account asap. I have been banking at wells fargo for almost 10 years. The quality and service is not what it used to be.
